Through this workshop participants will learn the key dysfunctions of teams and how to overcome these obstacles to productivity and results. In addition, this workshop will cover the attributes of the ideal team player, which will be vital in changing behaviors, hiring well, and implementing teams that get results.
Objectives:
The ability to develop and leverage leaders’ strengths helps an organization keep up with the speed of change, globalization, information security, and the ability to remain relevant. Administrative leaders in have the opportunity to do their very best work, each and every day, and this can be enhanced by knowing one’s strengths, working in one’s strengths and having a team that recognizes the strengths of each member on the team. According to Gallup’s research, organizations that understand that employees who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their jobs and three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life than those who don’t. In addition, employees who know their strengths are also 8% more productive and teams that focus on Strengths everyday have 12.5% higher productivity.
