Action Planning

Based on the analysis, we create an action plan to shore up shortcomings, create clarity in the organization, and ensure everyone is on the same page.  This plan may include a variety of changes, workshops, communication sessions as necessary to elevate your culture.

Building Healthy Teams (4 hrs)

Today’s leader must get things done through others - through teams. Unfortunately, many professionals do not have the skills to create healthy teams that get results. Through this workshop participants will learn the key dysfunctions of teams and how to overcome these obstacles to productivity and results. In addition, this workshop will cover the attributes of the ideal team player, which will be vital in changing behaviors, hiring well, and implementing teams that get results.

Objectives:

  • Learn how to foster trust and providing the essential element for healthy teams.
  • Understand what healthy conflict entails and how to engage in conflict that builds relationships and fosters creativity and superior solutions.
  • Learn how to communicate with cascading messages that promotes unity and discourages dissension.
  • Learn how to hold teams accountable for results in a way that raises performance.
  • Learn the attributes of the ideal team player and how to foster these key attributes in the organization and future hiring decisions.

Strengths-Based Organization (4 hrs)

The ability to develop and leverage leaders’ strengths helps an organization keep up with the speed of change, globalization, information security, and the ability to remain relevant. Administrative leaders in have the opportunity to do their very best work, each and every day, and this can be enhanced by knowing one’s strengths, working in one’s strengths and having a team that recognizes the strengths of each member on the team. According to Gallup’s research, organizations that understand that employees who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their jobs and three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life than those who don’t. In addition, employees who know their strengths are also 8% more productive and teams that focus on Strengths everyday have 12.5% higher productivity.
